The play begins when the director of the museum shows the layout of the old Buenos Aires with the intention to give a lecture on everyday life during the Revolution, but is interrupted by Gutierrez, who fulfills his task and resource assistant with hilarious occurrences as accompany a tiny slave shopping, dancing at a gathering, try the drinks of the time or make the secrets of fashion by using a singular marriage. Willing to complete the conference, the director will transform interventions Gutiérrez historical data into valuable and curious anecdotes. A model view of 80 m2 which is to Recoleta's Creek and a light show and sound complete this unforgettable theatrical experience

The eating habits and food for Revolution presented with multiple techniques, musical theater, puppet shows, dances and, of course, precise and meaty historical explanations about how libertarian ideas are expressed in food, cooking modes and even a fire. They also have the old ways of serving the table as a magical tripe is prepared for the pace of Manuel Belgrano chacareras, sambas and candombes work specially composed for and performed on stage with percussion instruments.
