On Tuesday 12/04/1911, HCD de Tigre opened the regular meeting of this year with an address of the holder of executive municipal, Sergio Massa, who among other things declaims on the discussion of standards for the Delta, the following:
"We demand some actions that are underway, central to the operation Tigre in the coming years. Reflecting on these words so heartfelt, I was wondering about some questions: 
1 .- How is "claim central actions for the operation of Tigre"? if:
- does not stop enterprises affecting the ecosystem of the Delta:
a) Raising the height of the terrain of the islands above 4.50 + IGM
b) modifying and blocking waterways.
c) Destroying natural habitat of countless species of flora and fauna indigenous .
2 .- How Do "discussion and finalization of the plan rules for our Delta, our beloved First Section of Islands. Want to involve everyone in this Council area? if:
- active participation is not given to the major social actors problem in question:
to ) aside in the HCD, the discussion of draft ordinance Socio-Environmental Protection Scheme for the Delta, driven by ADyRP through Councillor Luis Cancel ARI-Tigre almost a year. b) allowing the displacement and intimidation of v ECINE of islands of the enterprises.
3 .- How to Prevent, finally, that "the absence of rules and loopholes finish creating situations in which either carried forward rivers, streams, wetlands, one of our most precious jewels, which is the First Section of Islands? If :
a) We are not able to use our police powers to prevent abuses generated by enterprises, enforcing few existing rules.
b) Calling Public Hearings, processes wanting to fundamentals at a glance flawed legal invalidity.
c) systematically ignoring the claims of various social organizations on the detailed problem, preventing the discussion and consensus of the inhabitants of the islands.
We look forward to your understanding of the current administration's participation.
P or the time still waiting for a glimpse of a sincere attempt to advance discussions on the question of the Delta.
Until this happens, the recitation of intent is not nothing but true lies.
